In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as shown below.
Please note all refunds will be made after the Conference/the Symposium.

Registration Fees
On-site registration will be available for attending IEEE NANO 2016 but you cannot attend the banquet in some cases with the on-site registration.

TUTORIALS FEES
Now it is possible to participate only in the tutorials without the main conference.

Financial Support for Students
Financial support for full-time students attending IEEE Nano 2016 is available. Please read requirements and conditions to check whether you
are eligible for application before applying.
If you are an adviser, please notify your students.
Requirements for financial support
- You must be a full-time enrolled STUDENT in educational institution.
- You must complete your registration and payment for attendance. (Please as soon as possible contact IEEE Nano secretariat after on-line registration closes, because the registration by hand may need several days or more.)
- Your supervisor must agree with your application to the financial support.
Payment conditions
- Payment will be done in cash, on site, by Japanese YEN.
- One financial support will apply to ONE student registration.
- The maximal amount of support will be notified in your Notice of Acceptance for financial support. It may be 30k-40k yen for a foreign student and 10k-20k yen for a Japanese student.
Note that obtaining refund of travel expense more than the actual amount may be illegal and may be a target of punishment.

Application Deadline: August 12, 24:00:00 (JST)
IEEE Nano 2016 will check your application and will inform you of the result by August 15.
If your application is accepted, you will receive a “Request for Issue Form” by e-mail from IEEE Nano Secretariat. This form will be mandatory and should be signed by your supervisor,along with your original student ID card, when receiving your financial support.
Details will be notified to those accepted.
